Delivery

• SVILU offers free shipping to the US and Canada via USPS 
• For international orders customer is responsible for custom & import duties
• Most of our orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase and once your order is shipped we estimate you will receive your order in 3-10 business days within the US. If you require faster shipping please contact us at SVILU@SVILU.com stating your order number.  
• Once an order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information

Returns & Exchange Policy

• A $7 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund on domestic orders
• Customer is responsible for return shipping on international orders
• Email svilu@svilu.com to process returns and exchanges
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original ship date to receive a refund
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days of original ship date
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original condition received with all tags
• Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once the return is received
• Final sale items (which are marked on your invoice) cannot be returned or exchanged
